Do you Really Need that Big Printer?

It is worth analysing exactly what you are printing. You might find that you/your staff are printing instead of reading on-screen (a better screen can stop this).Or, you could discover that you are doing large print-runs of documents (flyers, brochures etc) that people instantly throw in the bin. Think hard about printing anything that will end up as rubbish. There may be a better, cheaper way of communicating that does not involve waste (email, phonecall, PDF?).

Once you have put clear limits on what should be printed, your existing printers may become almost redundant (along with their maintenance contracts and lease payments).

One or two small printers might be all you need.
